We are looking for a skilled professional to join our team as a VIP Manager in the innovative crypto-gaming industry. In this role, you will:

* Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with VIP clients.

* Serve as the primary point of contact for VIP customers, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience.

* Collaborate with internal teams to design and implement tailored promotions and offers.

* Gather insights from VIP clients to help with shaping product development and strategic decisions.

* Proactively work on initiatives to foster greater VIP engagement.

Requirements:

* Proven experience managing high-value client relationships, preferably in iGaming, e-commerce, or a related field.

* Knowledge of the casino and/or cryptocurrency industries would be a huge plus.

* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport.

* A strong sense of customer empathy with the ability to understand and adapt to their needs.

* Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
