We are looking for a skilled professional to join our team as a VIP Manager in the innovative crypto-gaming industry. In this role, you will:
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with VIP clients.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for VIP customers, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience.
- Collaborate with internal teams to design and implement tailored promotions and offers.
- Gather insights from VIP clients to help with shaping product development and strategic decisions.
- Proactively work on initiatives to foster greater VIP engagement.
Requirements:
- Proven experience managing high-value client relationships, preferably in iGaming, e-commerce, or a related field.
- Knowledge of the casino and/or cryptocurrency industries would be a huge plus.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport.
- A strong sense of customer empathy with the ability to understand and adapt to their needs.
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
