At VolleyStation, we don't just provide software; we set the global standard for volleyball data. We are looking for a Coordinator who can bridge the gap between complex data analysis, team leadership, and client relations. Your Responsibilities

As a Coordinator, you will take ownership of both the data and the people behind it:

• Independently creating in-depth statistical analyses and visual reports from volleyball matches.
• Taking full responsibility for the collection, processing, verification, and analysis of all statistical data.
• Managing and coordinating the work of statisticians during live events to ensure seamless operations.
• Leading training sessions for statisticians, product users, and international clients.
• Acting as a technical point of contact, handling inquiries, and representing the company in client meetings.
• Operating our products during major sports events and ensuring their flawless technical performance.
• Developing internal tools, standards, and training materials for the team.
• Contributing to company-wide projects focused on product and organizational improvements.

Our Requirements

• Advanced knowledge of VolleyStation Pro and a genuine interest in sports technology.
• Proven track record as a volleyball statistician.
• Exceptional ability to react quickly and effectively under pressure.
• Strong time management skills and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong professional relationships.
• Fluent Polish and communicative English (min. B2).
• Readiness to work evenings and weekends, with availability (online/phone) aligned with the global volleyball events calendar.
• Reliability, honesty, high attention to detail, and deep engagement in every project.
