At VolleyStation, we provide the tools that shape how volleyball is analyzed and played worldwide. We are looking for statisticians who understand the game from the inside out and want to apply that knowledge to professional data analysis and system operations. Your Responsibilities
In this role, you will be the bridge between the match and the data. Your main tasks will include:
- Collecting, processing, coding, verifying, and analyzing statistical data with high precision.
- Operating our products during sports events and collaborating directly with organizers.
- Ensuring all systems run flawlessly on-site, often working independently to maintain peak performance.
- Creating detailed statistical summaries and visual reports.
*For more experienced candidates (Mid/Senior):
- Training other team members on our products and providing technical support.
- Independently diagnosing technical issues and implementing system improvements based on high-level game analysis.
Note: We are looking for candidates at all levels (Junior, Mid, Senior). Your specific responsibilities and seniority level will be determined during the interview process.
Our Requirements
We are looking for candidates with a solid background in club volleyball. Check where you fit:
- Junior: Min. 1 year of experience working in a club at the 2nd or 3rd league level.
- Mid: Min. 2-3 years of experience as a statistician at the 2nd or 3rd league level.
- Senior: Min. 2-3 years of experience as a statistician at the highest league level or with a National Team.
General skills & mindset:
- Advanced knowledge and hands-on experience with VolleyStation Pro.
- Deep understanding of volleyball rules and advanced game analysis.
- Communicative English (min. B2).
- Readiness to work evenings and weekends.
- High level of precision, honesty, and the ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
