At VolleyStation, we provide the tools that shape how volleyball is analyzed and played worldwide. We are looking for statisticians who understand the game from the inside out and want to apply that knowledge to professional data analysis and system operations. Your Responsibilities
In this role, you will be the bridge between the match and the data. Your main tasks will include:
- Independent collection, processing, coding, verification, and analysis of statistical data with the highest precision.
- Operating VolleyStation products during live events and collaborating closely with organizers.
- Ensuring our products perform flawlessly under match conditions, taking full responsibility for technical stability on-site.
- Preparing comprehensive statistical summaries, reports, and data-driven insights.
- Training new team members and providing advanced technical support.
- Diagnosing system issues and implementing improvements based on high-level game analysis.
Note: We are looking for candidates at Mid and Senior levels. Your specific responsibilities and seniority level will be determined during the interview process.
Our Requirements
We are looking for candidates with a solid background in club volleyball. Check where you fit:
- Mid: Min. 2-3 years of experience as a statistician at the 2nd or 3rd league level.
- Senior: Min. 2-3 years of experience as a statistician at the highest league level or with a National Team.
General skills & mindset:
- Advanced proficiency and hands-on experience with VolleyStation Pro.
- Expert-level understanding of game rules and advanced analysis.
- Communicative English (min. B2).
- Full commitment and availability as this is a permanent position within our core structures.
- Readiness to work evenings and weekends, with availability (online/phone) aligned with the global volleyball events calendar.
- Exceptional precision, reliability, and the ability to thrive under pressure.
