We are looking for a Sports Presenter&Video Creator to take ownership of the video content creation for our social media on the Polish market, especially TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.

Better Collective is a international leading digital sports media group that owns and operates sports media and sports communities globally. In addition, we are an award-winning company working to give punters and players a better and more secure iGaming experience.

THE ROLE

As our Sports Presenter & Video Creator your key objective will be creating and publishing shorts, reels, posts, and other video content for our social media channels with a focus on results for Better Collective Poland, especially Goal.pl.

You will become part of a highly skilled, and dedicated team working to cater to various user groups, fans, followers, and YouTube viewers. You will be reporting to the Social Media Manager. We expect that you take ownership and responsibility for the profiles and products you are working on.

You will also create plans, strategies, analyses, and reports for the Editor-in-Chief of Goal. pl.

AS OUR SPORTS PRESENTER & VIDEO CREATOR YOU WILL

• plan and produce video content for different social media channels with a high focus on results,
• strongly cooperate with the editorial team and group of freelancers,
• create video content, especially shorts, and posts based on trends, needs, and business and market priorities,
• participate in very important events in Poland and abroad,
• regularly monitor KPIs and user metrics.

• has an advantage knowledge of actual social media trends,
• can create unique video content,
• can edit video independently,

• is fluent in English,

Important note: this position is linked to a long-term contract (work agreement) and the office is based in Kraków, but there is the possibility for a hybrid work system.
