As a first-team scout, you will be responsible for the video and live scouting of potential new players for RSC Anderlecht's first and U23 teams. For this...
- you will proactively monitor specific markets to identify interesting players for the first and U23 team of RSCA
- you will give specific advice on players through analysis of player's technical, tactical, physical and mental skills
- make daily video scouting reports of players assigned by the Recruitment Director
- do live scouting in Belgium and abroad at the request of the Recruitment Director
WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOU?
- You have extensive experience as a professional football scout - this is a must have
- You breathe and live football
- You have strong analytical skills and an eye for detail and especially for talent
- You have a proactive mindset
- You are very flexible and available to travel abroad regularly
