Better Collective is an international leading digital sports media group that owns and operates sports media and sports communities globally. In addition we are an award winning company working to give punters and players a better and more secure iGaming experience.

THE ROLE

As our Senior Editor your key objective will be managing the new project and publishing process with the focus on results for Better Collective Poland.
You will become part of a highly-skilled, and dedicated team working to cater to various user groups, fans, followers and YouTube viewers. You will be reporting to the Editor-in-Chief of Better Collective Poland. We expect that you take ownership and responsibility of the profiles and products you are working on.
You will also create plans, strategies, analyses and reports for the Editor-in-Chief of BC Poland.

AS OUR SENIOR EDITOR YOU WILL

create and execute an editorial plan and strategy
closely cooperate with editorial team and group of freelancers
cooperate with SEO manager, SoMe team and graphic designers
create and develop new projects
regularly monitor KPIs and user metrics

Job requirements

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE

has an enormous knowledge about sports
has 2 years of experience in management of team or project
has advanced knowledge about SEO
is responsible and conscientious
speaks English and is a Polish native speaker
is passionate about reaching goals

Important note: this position is linked to a long term contract (work agreement) and the office is based in Kraków, but there is the possibility for a hybrid work system.
