Join us as a Sales Manager and become the Regional Commercial Lead for the Central- East Europe + Balkan markets. This is a unique chance to lead the sales expansion in your territory, from prospecting to securing high-value commitments, while driving innovative multi-channel outreach strategies.
As a Sales Manager, you’ll have the autonomy to execute your growth plan, champion the Central- East Europe + Balkan region, and play a critical role in the success of our company. You’ll be working across multiple sectors including sports, betting, and media, and will have the chance to create meaningful, long-lasting relationships with clients while delivering tailored data and tech solutions that power their business growth.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Drive Territory Excellence: Take responsibility for the sales process - from engaging with qualified prospects and conducting needs analysis to delivering tailored presentations and negotiating terms, ensuring deals are ready for final approval and smooth handover into onboarding.
- Pipeline & Territory Growth: Build, maintain, and strategically scale your sales pipeline within assigned markets or verticals, ensuring consistent deal flow and revenue growth.
- Strategic Prospecting: Identify and prioritize high-value prospects in sports and media industries, while proactively exploring new markets and niche sectors. Leverage market insights, trends, and networks to uncover fresh opportunities.
- Market Representation: Act as the face of STATSCORE at industry events, conferences, and client meetings, strengthening brand presence and credibility.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure seamless onboarding, account growth, and long-term customer satisfaction.
- Forecasting & Market Insights: Provide accurate sales forecasts and competitive insights to headquarters, helping to align regional tactics with global business strategy.
OUR EXPECTATIONS
We’re seeking a proactive, results-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy sales environment and is excited about scaling our presence in the Central- East Europe + Balkan region.
- 3+ Years of B2B Sales Experience: Preferably within sports or media industries, with a proven track record of securing deals and forging valuable partnerships.
- Strategic Thinker: Ability to take initiative, solve problems creatively, and execute tactics to identify and capitalize on new opportunities.
- Self-Starter: Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Exceptional Communication & Negotiation Skills: Ability to engage and communicate effectively at all levels, leading to successful negotiations and long-term partnerships.
- Fluency in English (B2 or higher): You’ll be working in an international environment, so strong English language skills are essential.
- Customer-Focused: Availability and flexibility to adapt to customer requirements and expectations, ensuring their needs are met.
- Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM (HubSpot or similar), presentation tools, and prospecting databases (Apollo, etc.).
