Sailing Team & Logistics Coordinator
Your responsibilities
You will be responsible for supporting the Sailing Team as the Coordinator: booking travels, hotels, monitoring the budget. The role also involves sales and marketing tasks, like contacting the media and website management.
Key responsibilities:
✅ Looking after all pre-event logistics and administration related with sailing races;
✅ Supporting HRM Racing Team in travel arrangements;
✅ Coordinating marketing and promotional activities in cooperation with marketing agency;
✅ Coordinating and measuring the costs, preparing monthly/quarterly/yearly financial reports in liaison with the financial department;
✅ Planning and arranging the participation of HRM Racing Team in sport events across the Globe;
✅ Purchasing all the equipment making sure the costs are optimised;
✅ Ensuring that processes including contracts and invoicing are in place, in cooperation with financial department.
Skills and attributes for success:
✔️ A degree/qualification related to Coordinator’s work, preferably in the sport branch (welcome AWF (University School of Physical Education));
✔️ Fluent English;
✔️ Driving licence B category;
✔️ A strong ability to organise and prioritise workload;
✔️ A high level of computer literacy, including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint;
✔️ The ability to work in a fast-paced environment;
✔️ Easy going in building business relations;
✔️ High attention to details and focus on results;
✔️ Flexibility and being ready to occasionally work overtime;
✔️ Ability to complete high volume tasks with efficiency and pace;
