Since its creation in 2018, BallSquad’s mission is to digitize the management and accessibility of sports facilities and other public infrastructures.

Requirements:

• Located in Warsaw;
• Native proficiency in Polish
• Excellent communication skills in Polish.
• English at a B2 level or higher;
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field;
• 2+ years in a marketing, advertising, or a PR capacity, best if you worked hands-on, not just outsourcing tasks to external agencies. Ideally in start-up setting;
• Proficient in optimizing website content and structure to improve search engine rankings and increase organic traffic (SEO).
• Experienced in planning and executing PPC advertising campaigns across various platforms to maximize ROI and drive conversions.
• Capable of developing and implementing email marketing strategies to engage customers and drive sales through compelling content and responsive templates.
• Experienced in overseeing paid advertising campaigns, optimizing bids, and targeting strategies to achieve objectives effectively.
• Proficient in analyzing marketing data and metrics to derive actionable insights and optimize marketing strategies using tools like Google Analytics and Excel.
• Able to set up and monitor tracking systems to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives, and interpret data for informed decision-making.
• Knowledgeable in using marketing automation platforms to streamline workflows, automate tasks, and nurture leads through the sales funnel for improved efficiency and effectiveness.
• Proven track record in sponsorship coordination, and executing successful marketing campaigns.
• Comfortable owning projects, tasks, and systems with little oversight;
• Strong time-management and organizational skills.
• Growth-hacking approach to getting stuff done. Seriously - DONE!
• Ability to mentor and transfer knowledge to junior or interns.
• Current knowledge of digital project management systems and tools (ClickUp, G Suite, Slack, etc.)
• A genuine interest in digital marketing and a desire to continue learning associated skills within this area.

 

Your daily tasks:

• Identifying gaps and opportunities in our communication and marketing strategies.
• Proactively proposing solutions and executing on them.
• Creating a marketing and a communication plan considering: business strategy, seasonality as well as sales initiatives and trends. 
• Management of social media campaigns, email marketing campaigns and brand building initiatives.
• Gather, assemble, and help develop content for emails, social media, newsletters, and sales materials.
• Supporting sales and operations teams;
• Effectively measure and present results of marketing initiatives;
