The Kings & Queens Leagues are exciting competitions that seamlessly merge sport and entertainment in a very creative way. With renowned content creators as club presidents, we propose to play sports with new and disruptive rules, all streamed live on social media.

About The Role

We are looking for an Activations/Partnerships Manager who will be responsible for ensuring compliance with the contractual commitments established with sponsors and strategic partners.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Establish collaborative relationships with sponsors and strategic partners.
  • Actively participate in the definition, development and implementation of the business strategy, to support and accelerate sustainable growth.
  • Oversee compliance with contractual agreements with sponsors and partners.
  • Be the point of contact for sponsors and partners.
  • Proactively anticipate the needs that sponsors may have.
  • Offer added value to partners and sponsors.


  • You have demonstrated at least 8 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Knowledge of the influencer / eSports world and experience working with them.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
  • Implement and follow processes, plans and ideas.
  • Experience in leading a team.
  • Ability to create and maintain a cohesive and positive culture within the team while ensuring that all members know what is expected of them.
  • Excellent management skills and ability to establish contact with internal and external stakeholders to improve processes/services and resolve issues.
  • Availability to work some weekends.
