About The Role
We are looking for an Activations/Partnerships Manager who will be responsible for ensuring compliance with the contractual commitments established with sponsors and strategic partners.
Main Responsibilities:
- Establish collaborative relationships with sponsors and strategic partners.
- Actively participate in the definition, development and implementation of the business strategy, to support and accelerate sustainable growth.
- Oversee compliance with contractual agreements with sponsors and partners.
- Be the point of contact for sponsors and partners.
- Proactively anticipate the needs that sponsors may have.
- Offer added value to partners and sponsors.
Requirements:
- You have demonstrated at least 8 years of experience in a similar position.
- Knowledge of the influencer / eSports world and experience working with them.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
- Implement and follow processes, plans and ideas.
- Experience in leading a team.
- Ability to create and maintain a cohesive and positive culture within the team while ensuring that all members know what is expected of them.
- Excellent management skills and ability to establish contact with internal and external stakeholders to improve processes/services and resolve issues.
- Availability to work some weekends.
